Just Passing Thru Turns a New Page

Just Passing Thru turns a new page in its story via a new layout design.  The original template I used has served me in good stead for about three years.  In the desire to make this blog as visitor-friendly as possible, my eldest daughter who now co-manages my two blogs with me made some tweaks here and there with the physical aspect while I intend to adapt some modifications with the content structure in the days to come.

This blog was introduced online by my husband in 2009 yet, although he never got around to writing for it.  I made it my practice venue from that time up to the early part of this year 2012 before I finally plunged head-on last May and made it my own.  Just Passing Thru truly became my personal blog for all intents and purposes, revealing a part of me that can never be known except through writing.

This change comes in the heels of this blog winning the fourth place as Best Personal Blog in the just concluded contest of "Keep Calm and Take a Shot".  All winning entries will have the privilege of being featured in the blog and I cannot be happier for this positive development.  Contests such as this shows the constructive side of blogging wherein bloggers help each other in our individual  capacities.  

 Bloggers can do so much to raise the standards of this profession through quality content and ethical practice.  It is not easy to do this since it requires much dedication and time but I am resolved to try.  I am not only a blogger; I AM A BLOGGER, and I say this with pride and conviction.  Let no one tell us that we are inferior in any way for being such.

    Very nice layout. It's neat and simple. The header banner is wonderful zigzag road, depicting an actual route of "just passing thru."
